Season 56

LLT's PLAYHOUSE evolved with the times as the COVID-19 pandemic has played havoc with the entertainment industry in general, and Lakeside Little Theatre's offerings specifically.

  • Newly introduced this Season was Ajijic Readers Theatre (ART) at LLT. ART shows were offered approximately once a month, providing broad opportunities for actors, directors and support staff.
  • We also presented occasional Special Events such as our Christmas Concert, and an original, socially distanced play by Hy Conrad, Quarantine for Two.
  • National Theatre Live screenings were not available during this period.

While COVID-19 restrictions are in place, we provided a safe environment by rehearsing and staging on the open-air Angel Terrace with seating for approximately 40 individuals while maintaining a minimum of 6 feet social distancing.  Review our COVID-19 Protocols.
